TEAM TOWN Return Policy:

To cancel an order with TEAM TOWN, you need to contact a salesperson. Items that have not been shipped will immediately be cancelled and credited in the way they were purchased. 

Once a returned item gets back to us, it will be inspected before any credit is given. It is possible you will be responsible for shipping charges. Items that have been shipped have to be returned within 30 days and a voucher will be issued to be used at another time or can be exchanged for another item.

To exchange or return an item:

TEAM TOWN must be notified within 30 working days from receipt of the item. All items returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Special Orders cannot be returned. Before returning any item, you must first contact customer service to ensure your items are returnable and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Clearly mark that number on the outside of your parcel and have a copy of the invoice included inside the parcel.

RETURNS:

 If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or voucher. To exchange or return an item, TEAM TOWN must be notified within 30 days from receipt of the item. All items returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Follow these steps to make a return:

1. Call or e-mail our customer service line.513-245-1400 OR SALES@TEAMTOWNSPORTS.COM

2. Print your address on the outside of your package for identification purpose along with return number given.

3. Ship the parcel prepaid to Team town 9491 Colerain Ave. Cinti.,Oh. 45251. Use any shipping means, except COD or freight shipment. Once the item is received by Team Town we will promptly exchange or give a voucher.
